What materials and quality standards ?
Products are made of high-quality materials (e.g., stainless steel, graphite, high-temperature ceramics) and certified to ISO/TS16949, CE, and EPA standards.
Can I get a sample for testing?
Yes, we offer samples for quality and fit testing. Sample orders are available at a small fee, with shipping costs to be covered by the buyer. Lead time for samples is 3-7 working days.
Do you have the certifications for your products?
Yes, our products are certified to ISO/TS16949, CE, and EPA standards. We can provide copies of certificates and test reports upon request.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged products and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund based on the situation.
How are products packaged to prevent damage during shipping?
All products are securely packaged with bubble wrap, foam inserts, and sturdy cartons. Fragile parts receive extra protection. Custom packaging options are also available.
Who is responsible for custom duty?
Customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We can provide all necessary documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) to assist with customs clearance.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We support sea freight, air freight, and express delivery (DHL, UPS, FedEx). The best option depends on your order size, destination, and delivery timeline
How can I track my order status?
You can track your order by contacting our sales team via email,phone or WhatsApp… or check updates through our order management system. We will also provide tracking information once the order is shipped.

For bulk orders, require a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
